Report: Microsoft Has $1.5B Fund To Retain Yahoo Workers


Microsoft is reportedly prepared to pay $1.5 billion to ensure Yahoo workers stay following a possible acquisition. In court documents, a Yahoo lawyer said Microsoft informed the Internet company the money had been earmarked for employee retention at Yahoo.
