President Bush is nominating former Delay attorney “Don McGahn to replace David Mason on the FEC” according to News Blaze. Mason was the only objection on the commission to the illegal campaign finance activity of McCain. Funny thing is that McGahn is Tom Delay’s former attorney-see any issues with this?
