Still No USOC Lawsuits Over Seattle-Area Use of OLYMPIC as Trademark
Sunday, June 8th, 2008Not to tempt fate, but I couldn’t help but notice that the U.S. Olympic Committee has not flooded the Western District of Washington with lawsuits over Seattle-area companies’ use of OLYMPIC in their names and trademarks.
