The city of Alpine has acquired some new art but they didn’t pay for it and city leaders say they don’t want it.
For months, graffiti in downtown alpine has been steadily increasing.
The taggers are targeting downtown buildings and dumpsters.
City officials say they dont believe there are gangs in Alpine. Simply wannabes.
